    Yes. We receive data through integrations with external platforms (such as BUILDER, Maximo, etc.), as well as from service providers and support systems.

    No. DIGON does not sell personal data.

DIGON Systems, LLC (“DIGON,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software platforms, mobile applications, consulting services, and maintains a public-facing corporate website describing our offerings and enabling prospective customers to contact us. 

Our services include: 

  • DIGON HUB (web platform) 
  • FLOW mobile application 
  • SPIRE API 
  • System integrations with platforms such as BUILDER and ESMS 
  • Corporate website used for informational purposes and business inquiries 

Because our tools support government and infrastructure-related workflows, we take data privacy and security seriously and design our systems to operate within strict security and compliance expectations.

Roles and Data Processing Context

DIGON acts as a Data Controller for: 

  • Employee and contractor data 
  • Customer and business contact data

2.2 Data Processor / Government Contractor 

DIGON acts as a Data Processor when: 

  • Processing data within systems such as BUILDER and ESMS 
  • Supporting government or subcontractor workflows 

In these cases, DIGON processes data under contractual direction and does not independently determine the purpose of that processing.

FLOW Mobile Application (Key Transparency Section)

The DIGON FLOW mobile application: 

  • Receives data originating from external systems (e.g., USA BUILDER) via DIGON HUB 
  • Enables authorized users to interact with that data in field environments 
  • Returns updated data to DIGON HUB for synchronization back to source systems 
  • Operates as part of a controlled data workflow 
  • Does not independently determine processing purposes for government data 
  • Requires authenticated access and enforces role-based permissions 
  • May collect device, session, and limited location data necessary for field operations 

This design supports secure, auditable workflows aligned with government data handling expectations. 

When We Share Your Information

DIGON shares personal data only when necessary and appropriate to support business operations, including customer engagement via the corporate website. 

6.1 Service Providers 

Examples include: 

  • Microsoft (Azure, Microsoft 365) 
  • Zendesk (support platform) 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) 
  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Tag Manager) 

All providers are required to protect data and use it only for authorized purposes. 

 

6.2 Contractual and Government Requirements 

Data may be processed or transmitted as required to:

  • Integrate with government systems such as BUILDER

DIGON retains personal data only as necessary:
